5 Questions to Ask Before Booking a Wedding Venue
Every dream wedding begins with the perfect space. But before booking that luxury resort, riverside café, or five-star ballroom, hold on a secask these five questions first. Theyll help avoid the tears (and overspending) later.

1. Whats the desired wedding style?
An English garden vibe? A relaxed beach ceremony? Or something grand and elegant? The style shapes everythingwedding attire, décor, music, foodand most importantly, the wedding venue must match the mood.

2. How many guests are expected?
Estimate early. Consider both sides of the family, colleagues, bridesmaids, groomsmen, and friends. The venue has to be the right sizenot too cramped, not too cavernous. It helps avoid last-minute chaos.

3. Whats the budget?
Lets talk numbers. Be honest and realistic. Some wedding venues offer packages that look affordable at first glance but come with extra charges for tables, sound systems, cleaning fees, etc. Clarify everything upfront.

4. How much do you want included?
Some couples want an all-in-one placevenue, catering, flowers, photographers. Others prefer to customize every detail themselves. Not every wedding venue offers the same level of service, so check whats included and what requires extra spending.

5. Is the location easy to get to?
Even the most beautiful venue wont work if guests cant get there. Is it far from the city? Are there enough parking spots? Is it difficult to access (hills, small alleys)? Especially important if many guests are elderly.
